Through our Organized Health Care Delivery System (OHCDS), individuals have access to a network of approved providers and specialized supports tailored to their unique needs. Services may include transportation coordination, nursing services, specialized equipment, behavioral supports, community-based resources, and other person-centered supports designed to promote independence, health, safety, and community inclusion.
Services are provided based on individual needs, authorizations, and availability through our approved provider network.
